@Devidicus I can't remember :P

thanks, sorry for posting so many comments, good to see you're still making videos, pretty poetic this one, this whole drama just gives me 1 more reason not to care about Keane. IMO popular, judgmental religion stokes the fire of these fears then quells them back to the level they would be without the likes of hell, in return for belief, like getting someone hooked then saying the drug cures them of their withdrawals and making them believe the withdrawals existed before the drug.

@niriop I hadn't seen that video announcing that until after I posted the video!!! I swear from this moment on I'll be ignoring him...who were we talking about again?...haha ;)
ok, i just want to let everyone here that is an atheist, not all Christians are crazy, im a christian and some of my best friends are atheists, please dont hate if you dont believe what i believe, i admit, i DONT have that much faith that atheists have, atheists say the world comes from the big bang, i think its easier to say there is a creator, even if im wrong, we have nothing to lose :)

@RedStreak40 I appreciate your comment Red. I don't for a second doubt Christians go through their own existential crises or metaphysical inquiries. If anything, I think that a belief in an all-loving God makes explaining why bad things happen to good people a difficult thing. I merely think that while a belief in atheism lacks the burden of proof of a higher power/ the need to be an apologist for the actions of a higher power, the trade off is that we Atheists face a higher existential crisis.

Well said man.

@straightd0pe Thanks! :] That really means a lot coming from you. You're one of the main reasons I've been motivated to make more videos. It feels like with Keane gone from atheism, a bit more is right with the world. But there's a long way left to go. Keep setting the bar high, man. We need you around for that.

Deluded denial is but one of many responses to death; from dust to dust is another, probably older idea. Unsure how prevelant this is among humans, I think religion makes death seem more harmful than it is; its the end of all pleasure but also of all pain, could be glass half full or empty depending on your view, I try and be a realist live till it costs too much. Religion blots out the occasions when death might be good with hell, and no one really believes heaven anyway. Very poetic vid dude.

@unassumption You brought up a lot of interesting points. The OCD like fear of death and existential crises are something I am very familiar with. It's amazing how spot on your responses are, unassumption. I'm really lucky to have found someone as insightful as you on youtube to comment on this. Great discussion.
