Its not called BENT OVER ROWS for nothing. Your supposed to bent over with your torso parallel to the floor. Also teaching people to raise the bar to chest for rear delts is going to ruin alot of lower backs. You should just stick to looking good not giving out Poor and wrong instructions

@POLITICALYCORRECTify No, that's called a Pendlay row. Bent over row can be everything from Yates rows, Pendlay, shitty form rows etc.

Thank you very much Chrissy. Your videos helped me a lot, and now Am working as a PT in the UK. Your tips really helped me unlike those blurry, murky pieces of advice from all the other rubbish PT wannabes that know everyfin and been everywhere. I spread your name in the gym where I work. Hopefully u will get more views and ppl who are really into exercising and what u'v been doing:)

Dear Chrissy,
Thank you for what has to be the most comprehensive and thorough explanation and guide to the BB Bent Over Row.
That was also the first time the differences between the width of one's grip has been properly explained to me.
I will def be keeping this vid in mind on my next back or compound exercises day in the gym.
Thanks again,
Awhodatt
P.S. One last thing ... you are so FREAKING HOT as well!!
(Sorry, couldn't resist.)
Lol!
