Interesting comment, however it is a cultural difference. Culturally India and Pakistan have evolved differently, socially, culturally etc. with different priorities in life. As such theie approach to a common instrument, ie. the tabla would also be different. Appreciate each one for the beauty that it emanates!

tafo khan's tabla doesnt have any melody!.. he seems like blasting tabla. he should change his style because either audience leave the hall when he performs because they cant baer the cacophony of his tabla or they fall asleep... players like anindo chatterjee, zakir hussain, swapan chaudhuri, tari khan,etc are much better than tafoo..... tafo is good to scare children with his weird facial expressions!!!
