great to see someones using real equipment
-
sweet that he does all his stuff live, without just a laptop playing his tunes
he's got so much equipment, wish i could just have 1 of any of those so i could make some tunes. must have dropped a lot of cash over the years for all that

Andy is a wanker and i love him
-
Yes, but is that tune a recorded track of his? The very first pattern playing.
-
its probably his boxes(drum machine and synthesizers playing patterns)
sometimes he plays a cd between pattens if somethin goes wrong,or need to take a little break.
but,99% of the time he is live.
-
Is the pattern playing in the beginning an actual Ceephax song? Or is he just jamming?

you are right, the selectors go in a straight pattern, sorry!
i don't think it's a tr-606, he uses 2 tb-303's

nope, the one on his left is definitely a 606. maybe back then he didn't have two 303 yet, the video is quite a few years old now :)

YEAH! how does he sequence all this gear? i mean those thingies don't have memory like today... does he programm all the patterns at that moment?
UDSOUDS 2 years ago
actually, the rhythm machines he uses do have memory, but yeah, he mostly programs them on the fly
