3D Logo Tutorial - After Effects Part 1

This YOUTUBE 3D logo was completely created in After Effects CS3. No 3D software at all. It was created using shatter and particular. I just want to learn how to change a something into a different color,

@TheLegend1245 you can always use the color tint effect. If you look under "Effects & Presets" it'll be Color -> Tint

Cool tutorial. Just one question though. When you first created a new composition at 1:09 how did you get the background to be transparent?
