A Christmas Carol - Dancing on Your Grave and Yesterday, Tomorrow and Today

From 1994, the first year, it got better and unfortuantly the age makes it a bit washed out. Sadly I do not have most of the cast information. This is what the movie with Kelsey Grammer was based off of.

Assuming this is, indeed, from the first year of the show then that would be Terrence Mann as Scrooge. He was also the original Beast in "Beauty and the Beast"
