Ah, Dicky Stipple, a great tenor who is so sadly forgotten. I remember some of his other hits; "Fifteen Gallons of Cider", "Rub a Pickle if you Fancy a Tickle" and the classic "Lets All Go Outside for a Really Really Long Time"

brilliant and genius, Paul Whitehouse, only he could play this part, it's so very funny he comes across as a perv uncle, but the sketch is a great send up of olden day films and the song by Rudy Vallee is called 'The One that i love' ooh arthur.....

I don't know if anyone else picked up on this but I love how Arthur reacts to the girl saying 'I shall wet myself'  as if he thinks she means she'll get 'moist'.
