Yes, right click the song you would like the lyrics in then click get info then click lyrics. Copy and paste lyrics. To read the lyrics go to the song then click the center button then the lyrics will come up. enjoy :)

wen u connect ur nano into itunes, there will be little check boxes under the "summary tab" one of the boxes says "activate spoken menus" or something like that. then u just sync=]
