  • Exposing yourself like you are doing might help a bit gaining confidence but I doubt it will change those belief inside you, hope you get through, look into my recommendation, I truely believe it will help you out, don't rush it and believe it, we are still young ;-)

  • I did the positive thinking for about a year and it surely brightened my life, no more depression.

After that, I started listening to Anthony Robbins personal power 2 CDs, this guy made me realize that in order to change my left over anxiety with social meeting, I would have to change my true belief hidden in my sub-conscious. It is a 30 days CD sessions and I following it slowly (not everyday like i should). I am currently at day 8 and learned so much, PM me if you have any questions

  • hey Mark, been following a few of your videos. I admire your courage exposing yourself while being still under anxiety pressure

I was quite affected by SAD the last 3 years but not as deepen as you I believe.

I would like to share how I got better with the few key point

    - Started to think POSITIVE and every time a negative or anxiety thought was coming, i would ignore it and do something distracting to forget (now it has become pretty much routine)

  • well done. :)

  • I found this interesting. Thanks.

  • Great videos. I like seeing videos like this from the SA community.
