That is a Boeing 737-800, Air Europa does not fly the 727, which is a vintage airplane...

Not sure your on a 727. 727's are classic old aircraft that are rarely if at all flown commercially in this part of the world. Looks more like a 737, with 2 engines, mounted, one each under the wings. 727's have 3 engines which are rear mounted.
