On2 shines plus breakdown

These are some mambo shines that I put together to work on with some friends of mine. You have to be comfortable with keeping your balance and shifting your weight. I didn't really record this for youtube, but I decided to put it up anyway.

great videos! your style is great and instruction very clear. what do you think is the main difference to dancing the shines on 1 and on 2? i get how the basic step, partner turns etc are different when on 1 and on 2, but when solo-shining, what would be the difference? to me it seems the same, except when you go back to the basic you have to make sure you break either on 1 or 2. thanks very much for explaining.

This is ridiculous.I have been a Latin dancer for four years and trust me I know my sshizz and this is extra hard but I applaud you cauz I can't even get it with the breakdown.
