Mr. Ukata... that does not sound "Exactry same"!

@thekid22585, I don't think the "warmness" problem is something so simple as can be fixed in a DAW. If it was simply an issue of saturation or other "mastering" techniques, why couldn't they have incorporated that into the software algorithms? I think it is some other physical aspect of the way the analog oscillators and filters convert electricity into sound, which begins as a subtle or random thing but translates into a big difference they haven't quite mastered yet in analog modeling softs

for everyone complaining about the sound, if you are a producer or mixing engineer, you know that the sounds hardware "warmness" can be emulated within the software by mastering whichever track you're creating within a DAW. You can adjust the brightness of the sounds with some mastering plugins to make them sound like the actual hardware.
Not to mention during a mixdown, with a bit of EQ or compression you can make the sounds from the software sound VERY good & comparable with the hardware.

I like how he had to tell us that he's from Japan

The song in the starting of this is actually pretty dope. Is this just some generic track or can I hear it anywhere?

They should not have put the real one on there. I own the software and it sounds no where near the original... Some parts are nice, but I prefer sylenth. Their minimoog is pretty good though.

Arturia SUCKS. I've got to the conclusion that, unless it's a VERY good, high-resolution sampled instrument, no software imitation compares to the originals. I own a real JP-8 and this software is a joke compared to it. NI's Absynth is a much more creative and better sounding software all of its own, even if it may have sounds borrowed from other classics but they don't call them "moog", "arp" or "roland". And the real nice one is Spectrasonics' Omnisphere. So Arturia = FAIL

Personnally, after almost 10 years using virtual instruments, I decided to go back to hardware (DSI, MFB, and my old Novation bass station).
Well, I guess its like this,,, the Jupiter 8 is like PUSSY,,,, and the Jupiter 8V is like your HAND

Sorry guy... I may believe you that it can sound like the real thing, but your comparison example with Mr. Ukata doesn;t sound the same to me, not even close...
