@Theohanden awesome thx a lot , i am feeling a lot better now , did the bench today after 5 weeks 90 Kilo's so it's going good i am also following the 100pushup programme and strechting and strenghtening my cuff's 4 times a week :D i'll keep u updated

hey bro , after how many weeks could you hit back the heavy shoulder presses? i think it would be the best I do no Pectorals excersizes for 4 weeks and just stretching it and strengthening my rotator cuffs and after 4 weeks gradually get to do this circuit that you just showed , and keep doing that circuit for about 4 weeks , and after that i can go back to the heavy bench and shoulder presses , how does that sound? so 4 weeks stretch pecs /strengthening Rotators and 4 weeks of this circuit ,thx

@SavigeBlazer Dude everyon eis individual, you have to feel your way back,put it this way the shouders in esp anterior delt and rotator cuff gets a pounding in all bench varieties, think about the long term leave the shoulders alone from heavy lifts for as long as you can, I rested a good 10-12 weeks before touchng anything heavy. You'll always get strength back super quick when you have zero issues and full intergity.of all muscles being worked
