Sayeeduddin Dagar and Srikant Mishra-Dhrupad

An ancieant music type which connect spirituality with it. Mostly songs( compositions) are the great stories of Shiva or Krishna and some songs are the pray. So, it is a kind of devotional mood. In Drupad, have spacific notes around they sing. It this North Indian Music style has also three divisions. Aplap, Madhya and Drut. After this three they have nice compotions with Pakhawaj (the great drum). Before the drum there are two way to produce special sound is called GAMAK. One from stomach and other from throat. Malik brother are femous GAMAK from stomach, Dagar are femous GAMAK from throat. Before the final compotions with pakhawaj all the efforts are improvisations with spacific note follow the rules of specific Raga. This concert alway take palce in the month of February March at Shivarati(shiva merriage night) and this concert three day and night long called Drupad Mela
