  • I have a niece age 23 who was BORN with myelodysplasia and now has luekemia. She has been in hospital for 12 weeks and has had chemo therapy. The consultant is going to do a biopsy of the marrow in a few days to find out if her marrow is producing properly. if it is not then they will NOT do a transplant, Pls i am worried as to why they would NOT do a bone marrow transplant ?? my sister lost her other child this time last year and was a twin of this one.
