  • So ive been raw for about a month a a week or two, and im beginning to get very tired.. Is there any basic way to get ones energy up? ... Im currently eating mostly bananas (about 6) and lettuce each day..

  • Wonderful video! btw my aunt found this quite popular weight loss program named: Impact 790 Diet and decreased 7 kgs within a month. I can not remember the site just Google it.

  • Oh hai! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my auntie got beautiful Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of weight with it.

  • She is so right, we all have different chemistry's in our body and come from different cultures. Activity level really does have something to do with what we eat as part of a vegan diet as well. Being in tune with your own body is really the best way to see what works for you.

  • @CBasie2856 I was told that if you are really trying to lose weight then you want to stay away from avocados, seeds, and nuts. They are very HIGH in fat content but these are the good fats.
