see when its my turn to go up i always do a mini jog to get to that pole, coz it was always the least slippery for me lol
n i deffo agree, the others i feel i might hit my feet
this was one of my very first vids so very basic lol

Pole dancing requires lessons? O.o I thought girls just randomly grabbed onto them and... did random stuff lol.

well your prob thinkin of the not nice kind of poledancing. i like the sport side of it, so quite a lot pf people go to lessons to learn the moves and how to do them properly. people who dont go to lessons probably only know how to "grind" the pole. lol

wow great combinations! the combo at :20 was great! never seen that b4! i must say that you are very creative with ur moves and very good at perfecting them as well! how long have you been dancing and is that a static pole?

i've now been dancing for about 11months but this video was done when i'd been dancing for about 8 so i was still unsure about all the tricky ones. i found with this video that i'm repeating the moves a bit but then again it was filmed during a lesson so am bound to repeat the moves...

yes it is a static pole, i've barely had any experience on the moving pole. i've had a few goes but it makes me very dizzy lol
