What an ignoramus. Doesn't Ms. Norton know that Obama has sent drones into Pakistan to kill terrorists, something Bush did not do? Doesn't Ms. Norton know that within this past month, at least 2 very high ranking Al Qaeda leaders have been killed?

And doesn't Ms. Norton know that a "war on Islam" is suicide? If we attack a Christian nation, are we then at a war with Christianity?

Well said. Islam is a totalitarian religious ideology of global proportions. A mind-virus that now afflicts a significant fraction of our species. The west IS and America IS and the world IS at war with this ideology that demands submission to an imaginary celestial dictatorship as the primary tenet. Did this Colorado candidate really invoke 9/11? I was born and raised in NYC. I was here on 9/11 and not only saw people jump out of buildings to their end in order to avoid burning to death, but also watched as that Iconic symbol of NYC toppled in on itself.

I am sick of you conservative clowns using what happened where I live as a political tool to advance your corrupt careers. It happened in my city, to my friends and family, and we want this war to end!!!

We are Americans. The rule of law is not negotiable. Basic rights are not negotiable. These things are not to be compromised out of fear. Obama's steps to restore the rule of law and American rights are a step in the right direction. He should be doing more to turn back the way Bush compromised our values.
