Week 1 of a 6 month breakdance regime

I hadn't been conditioning or practicing for about 2 years and this is the result.

The conditioning will take place in 4 week periods consisting of: strength training first, flexibility training second, ingenuity and style third, stamina fourth, powermoves fifth, and sixth . . . I don't know about the sixth.
