@SnowingWolfGirl look up the blue guitarist by picaso. It's of an crippled old man holding a guitar. Everything is blue besides the guitar-the man has blue lips and blue veins. It combines two oppisites, one good and joyful (music) and one depressing. That's kind of what this songs about.
