  • I am born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. I was in the 10th grade when Rapper's Delight came out and I really thought that the Dj was playing on the radio because Good Times by Chic was the jam. However, I haven't looked back. Yes yes yall became my anthem. I can say that hip hop changed my life. I fell in love with culture and I didn't become a bloomin idiot like some people would lead us to believe. I listened, went to college, and a Naval Offcer. Hip hop meant hope for a better way to me.

  • buzzin lol. so thats where it came from. good still.

  • I grew up in this era born in N.Y and raised in Cali when all this peaked at its best bought my first vinyl when i was 8 and it was Sugar Hill Gang's Rapper's Delight still have it.......My point is that old school will never die! it's in our genes!

  • THIS IS THE SHIT
