Bill Henry is a member of the Baltimore City Council (D-4th). He spoke at an antiwar rally, held in Baltimore, MD, on March 19, 2008. He said that the deeply regretted not confronting U.S. Senators Barbara Mikulski and Ben Cardin over the issue of stopping the Iraq War. Councilman Henry used to work for both of the politicos earlier in his career. The Baltimore City Council adopted a Resolution (Bill 08-0030R), on March 17, 2008, urging an "end to the war in Iraq." Councilman Henry added: "We should all do everything that we can to end this war as quickly as possible and if that means embarrassing ourselves by laying down on a floor, then we should do that." The event was captioned: "Winter Soldier and Baltimore Speak Out." It was held at the Govans Presbyterian Church. Carla Nealy served as the Emcee.
