Russians always predict coming collapse of the US in the next 10-15 years and the coming of the Russian era. They've been predicting it for over 100 years, and it's always, "We were wrong in the past, but we are right this time."
They just need to believe in these fantasies. Gives them a sense of hope.

Omaha Nebraska, are you serious? I think that in itself kills the validity in this video alone. Igor Panarin is an accredited scholar. He is not a fringe figure. Rather he is well known and accepted in Russia. maybe this is due in part to his prediction of the soviet collapse two years prior to its actual happening. Also the U.S. has not seen an economic crisis this big since the depression. This crisis will surpass the depression in magnitude and challenge this country as a whole. Are you ready

Omaha will be the capitol by 2020 or 2024 at the latest. Igor is totally wronog. 2010? Have you actually looked at his map? He's an expert in stupid. Canada is going to control the North Central Republic? The West Coast is going to be under the control of the Chinese? In 2 years the U.S. is going to lose all its military and small arms? The crisis will be bad, but this country will be in tact with a new government. Case closed.

I think he's only a couple of years off. Funny how that map looks similar to the Federal Reserve districts, that's what we're living in anyway. This is the FRS not the US!
