This was a self-guided tour of where I worked in the early nineties, a television station in Rochester, NY called WOKR-13. (They have since changed their name to 13WHAM) You get to meet some fun people and see how "Headlines" are put together. Recorded 10/22/92. Other people in the video: Wanda Miller, Mark Brady, Robin Rushnell, Jeff Sprague, Jim Goodnow, Don Alhart, Bill Peterson, Jeff Chafitz (voice only), and Mike Barnes. Thanks to Mike Barnes for helping me tape some of it.
RIP Bill Peterson. Before he became a star in Rochester, I watched him on WTCN TV 11 in Minneapolis. What a class act he was!

I was actually interviewed on a Sunday Morning Public affairs program there once. The camera guys were two black guys who were twins. Great people!! We then got to visit the news room and meed Don Alhart and the great Bill Peterson. This was in 1995. Great memories

Wow, this was awesome! I also have some WOKR-13 memorabilia here, including a tape of footage from Ice Storm '91. I met Don Alhart three times, the third time was Thursday May 8th at Midtown Plaza. He seems like a great guy to work with. I seriously hope you got to see Bill Peterson before he passed away. It was good to see him again in your video.

I pretty much do now what you did then, lol. That's pretty funny, Brady dancing and seeing everyone with bad hair.
