  • All in all, a pretty good recipe. My only critiques are that you don't need to add any sugar at all and Canola, which is an amalgam of the words "Canada" (where it originated) and "oil," is actually derived from the rapeseed, a member of the mustard family which is generally unfit for human consumption and was once more commonly used as a potent pesticide and lubricant, among other things. Canola contains a very–long–chain fatty acid called erucic acid; bad for the heart.

  • great recipe

  • Great and much needed information...!

  • This is what the Black Family needs to build a strong healthy nation.. Our beautiful Black Women are the second self of God.. Corner stone of the family. Forget going to the Doctor and spending a fortune with no medical coverage, this is what will help us all.. I would hope we can all support our Sistas and I would be pleased to see more. May Allah bless you all .. peace.

  • i thought white sugar is no good ?????

  • asalam alakium

  • wheres part 6 i love this

  • I need a muslim diet and when to eat and how to eat if any has it Thanks my sister or brother

  • Ah they had me until the sugar. Refined sugar is the single worst thing anyone can add to their diet EVER. ANd while most people cook most of their foods, it destroys the beneficial enzymes that help to break down the food as well as destroying essential nutrients. i.e. vitamin is very sensitive and can be destroyed at temperatures as low as 75 degrees.

With that said this show's approach to diet is better than most.
