主料:玉米面辅料:黄豆粉、熟萝卜、肉馅、葱、姜调料:盐、味精、香油、大酱烹制方法: 1、坐锅点火倒油,下葱姜末、大酱煸香,加入肉馅炒散,调入盐、味精出锅,与焯熟的白萝卜一起调成馅备用; 2、将玉米面和黄豆粉以10:1的比例和匀,用水提前浸泡,取一块玉米面按扁,装入馅后团起放入电饼铛中,煎至一面定型后加少许水,用盖子焖10分钟左右即可。特点:馅香­皮薄,风味独特。
