  • Haha, I remember in my junior year of highschool my weight training teacher had us do this (thanks Mr. Norton!). I think we had to hold it for 5 min. or so. It's harder than it looks...well, if you don't have decent ab strength already.

  • If this gets to easy just put your arms more to the front.
