I want an internship at Entertainment Weekly!

Entertainment Weekly is far and away the best entertainment magazine out there. Great writing, a great website, and fun all around. My pie-in-the-sky goal for the last few years has been to get a Summer internship with EW, and even though they didn't ask me for any sort of submission, I'm giving them one anyway! I seriously love this magazine, and since I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to do with my film writing once I'm done with school, it seems like it would be a great and enlightening experience! Plus, a little sucking up never hurt, right?

Are you interested in being in the magazine business, or the film business (if you don't mind me asking)? I'd love to work in film and am wondering if EW would help me reach that goal (because I'm with you, the EW staff is amazing and would be so fun to learn from for a summer).

Dude! This is amazing! I'm a junior studying advertising at BU and I googled "Internship at Entertainment Weekly" and this popped up! I frickin' love EW and I totally get all your references to the writers! I also know WAY TOO MUCH about movies. I can probably tell you every Academy Award winning movie for best picture since 1980 and can play "Six Degree of Kevin Bacon" but with everyone in Hollywood. Good luck!
