I totally agree with Hammett. He still did the right thing by apologizing at the end to show class but to get suspended for that BS is total crap. I mean I can think for instance of a school like Nebraska, they are often nicknamed the "Children of the corn" Thats a bit of a stereotype but nobody ever gets offended by that, and they shouldnt either

later he gave a nice apology..regardless, he meant no harm and I dont believe it was a racist statement...what if he'd have said montoya was probably smoking a cigar? Would THAT have been a racist remark since Columbia is known for having great cigars? It is well known that Mexicans love Mexican food...who cares? Americans love pizza and burgers...would it be racist to say that Jeff Gordon was out eating a burger? This is really DUMB...get over it and get on with it...
