Well, actually...
There are some word play, and at one point France explained what a "sexual act" is, with chibitalia moans censoring it, and Romano at one point said something like "suck my balls, you damn potatoe eater!"

@WrinryRockBellFMA I guess you're right. My memory fails me, and I'm so used to this kind of language in the latest "anime" that I kinda forgot how "dangerous" Hetalia can be with its... tricks. ^^
