  • The fat is necessary for energy, so if your pill was successful, you would be robbing yourself of the energy that you need. Have you read the book? The main point is convert your body into a fat burning machine, and that dietary fat, which should be about 65% of your Calories during Induction, doesn't make you fat. My suggestion would be do it without the extra pills (besides a multi-) and you'll see the results you desire.

  • If you eat nothing but protein and no fat you will get sick. The eskimos have a name for it, "rabbit fever." They get 80% of their calories from animal fat and are a happy, healthy bunch.

  • Hello! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my mate got really defined 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of fat with it.

  • i went on the atkins diet back in 2003. I lost some weight but it made me constipated and it was very painful to go to the bathroom. after experiencing constipation i went off the diet and i gained back all of the 26 pounds i lost while i was on it

  • The Atkins diet is great, however just to be on the safe side, if I was you I would include low carbs 3 days a week. As far as butter and oily meat, I would reduce the butter or look for better option to replace it. For the meat, select lean meat and grill it. Sometimes try drinking soup, this will help you lose lots of weight!

    Also, drink loads of water, 13 cups per day, 1 or 2 cups spaced out per hour or two. Make sure its warm water, and don't drink it before or after you eat.

  • Hey! I just started Atkins today. My goal is about 20 lbs as well.  I'm really glad I found you, because it's hard to find people on Atkins who are trying to lose a small amount of weight. I wish you the best of luck, and PLEASE keep with the video posting because it really does help me.
