you cant have a constant king of pop, pop means popular, popular changes all the time, as much as it hurts to say it Justin Bieber could be the king of pop today, this time next year it might be some other young teenage sensation with no balls. Rock is a genre that can only have one king, and you can argue about who invented it but the one man that truly is the king of Rock is Elvis Presley, the man could sing anything up until his death his voice never failed him, listen to his songs from 70-77
