guys...he won the best looking award at the auditions T.T meaning if he was ugly then that means all the people who auditioned that year is even unglier :P so no he's not ugly...he just changed from a country pumpkin to a popular idol star....fix the hair, changes alot, lose baby fat, changes alot, and guys are known to suddenly have their check bones and jaw grow out once they reach a certain age, face structure will completely change during puberty..also the angle wasn't good...so stop judging

i dont think he has any surgery on his face.people change when they grow up or get much older.and he has many products(e.g.circle contact lens to make eyes look bigger and beautiful,i guess)and professionals to help him to be more attractive.well i look much better now compare to my school days and there are others who look good when they re younger but lost their good looks when they reach 30.but i think people with beautiful heart and soul will remain beautiful for as long as they live.

I believed and still believe that he got eye surgery. I remember an old discussion about this on asianfanatics forum. It doesn´t matter to me if he had it or not, this is a very old topic for me LoL

I think Jaejoong was a badass guy back in his teens :P .. just look at him, now days he is a peacefull guy, cute, and tender, in his teens It seems like he wanted to give the imagen that he was rude, but his overflowing cutenss can't be hide with that awfull hair style nor those pair of earrrings *o*

oh my gosh, i cant think or even imagine jaejoong NOT being perfect...i mean, he's just plain gorgeous. but in the audition, his hair was horrible, he was totally out of shape, and is it just me or was his left eye slightly crossed?
but i dont care :]] i still love him whether or not he looked like a complete idiot a few years ago or got surgery or whatever else happened. they can change his appearance for just satisfaction, but the stuff on the inside wont ever change xD
