@thecoffeedude9 I plan on buying land and updating the land patent. So if you have done this it would be a big help to others who are looking to do this.

@houseoffire72 This is true. They will take your land if you don't pay because a deed of title to land only pass as "color of title". Once you have updated the original land patent under your name and filed it with the county and recieve the allodial title from the governent then the land is yours FOREVER and cannot come under collateral attack. @Megaduck72 How does a guy go about getting allodial title??? People who think they own their homes/land really dont if they still pay a property taxe which is just basicly a rent, if ya dont pay they take it from you etc
