WARNING; HORROR THEMES PRESENT. A slideshow challenge: I've put posters for 90 items from my personal horror dvd collection (which is only a quarter of what I have - am I obsessed?) to Going Down to Dunwich by The Darkest of the Hillside Thickets. Check how many you have seen, and post a comment with your score.

  • where was Martyrs, High Tension, From Beyond, Society, The Thing, City of the Living Dead, Fright Night, The Shining, Pieces, Mothers Day, A Nightmare on Elm Street, People Under the Stairs, Motel Hell, Critters, etc...

  • @pattierney2010 Most of them, in the other three-quarters of my collection. One day I may get around to posting up the next batch. Probably not, though, because it has grown dramatically over the last few weeks (sale on at our local dvd stores) and now covers most of my lounge.

  • ive seen 8 but i hardly consider city of lost children to be a horror movie. hardly recognized it with its original french name.

  • True, it is debatable, but I personally find the concept of the monstrous doctor trying to rob children of their dreams far more horrific than the usual horror fare.

  • So many great movies. By the way what band is this gotta buy there album.

  • Darkest of the Hillside Thickets; their albums are available from various outlets, including Arkham Bazaar, and they're on MySpace.

  • Dagon was a BAD ASS movie. Oddly it definately stuck to shadow over innsmouth well, plus it threw some hammer horror feel in.

  • Thickets are gods. I want to grow them in my attic.

Feed it and watch it grow.

  • @iGame3D Yeah, I wish I could go to Innsmouth and join the Deep Ones, but they'd probably try to kill me before I could offer my services. :'(

  • Ooh! I know alot of critics have flamed this film to death, but I <3 Event Horizon! One of my favorite all time films! I can't find it in stores though! T_T
