  • Hey Dr. Perry. Thanks again for posting. I have a request-- I'm really interested to hear the "Top 10" training mistakes (i don't remember exactly what you called it). That was a great topic of which I'm really looking forward to seeing more. Thanks!

  • @zogjones Ok you got it. They are on the way!

  • Great!!! I have really tight hams and my hips are so tight they crunch around... trying openi them is tough... Always good n helpful moves Perry!

  • @bongolicious You will find that tight hamstrings are really not tight, but tired and fatigued from working too much because the hips dont rotate and hinge enough. This will help your hamstrings too. Do the hip rotation BEFORE the hamstring work and see my prior video on the hamstring rope stretches.

  • Very helpful thanks. Do you have any video on TMJ?

    Thanks

  • @lucaddragon No videos on TMJ yet. Not too much you can do for that except deep tissue laser and some manual trigger point release of the internal jaw bone muscles...and that manual stuff really hurts. Works, but it hurts!

  • i tried this, but i get a really bad pinching pain

  • Do you recommend anything for inner hip pain from hyper extending your hip?

  • @njlaserdoctor

Thanks... My Chrio says that my hips are locked and tight, as if I have been in a harness like wirework!! So that more than validates what you say... is this the best hip opener you'd reccomend? Thanks
