Burgess Hill Flash Mob 2011 - Ariel Drama Academy

The flash mob that took place in Burgess Hill on Saturday afternoon was magnificent. Following a brief rehearsal the previous week the flash mob participants mingled with the shoppers in Market Place Mall in Burgess Hill . The shoppers looked suitably surprised when a couple stood up and started to sing and then waltz in costa coffee. That was the cue for the other 65 participants to join in. The soloists sang from the balcony while the rest sang and danced in the shopping area. The whole piece lasted about 10 minutes and got a huge round of applause from the now huge group of bemused shoppers. An announcement was made at the end, "You have been flash mobbed by Ariel Drama Academy who are raising money for the Angus Rowland Forget me not Fund @ Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research who are dedicated to beating blood cancers. Angus died this year aged 14 and we are raising money to find life saving treatments that may help others. We hope that you have enjoyed the experience"!

Well, I think it was brilliant. And what all you haters seem to be forgetting is this was done for charity, please stop hating because I think Angus Rowland would have been really proud of everyone, and that's who the flash mob was about. So unless your going to do something that raises the large amount of money that this did, then I don't think you have the right to criticise. Well done everyone that was involved!!! Xxx
