What do you mean excessive weapons. If your in your home trying to protect yourself and your family I don't think there is such thing as a "excessive weapon".The government is supposed to be in place to protect our civil liberties not to pick and choose.Your part of the problem in this country in my opinion.

Taking any firearms by force breaks the constitution in more places than one. For one, the national guard was used AGAINST THE PEOPLE (which is illegal), they invaded homes without warrant, they seized property without warrant, they committed police torture (beatings), and finally, they broke the second by seizing firearms.
