I figured that if I didn't get around to doing a flex video that they'd never let the issue drop.
Sorry for the muffled talking at the start. Apparently my ghetto job of taping the camera to my closet door also meant the microphone being taped. Didn't notice till after the fact though.
And no...I wasn't being serious, just a bit sarcastic.

A lot of you have been asking about what I do for training, well, I am a professional boxer here in South Korea and so I box 5 days a week, I hit the weights 4-5 times a week, and I stay true to my diet.

You have decent arms, a fact that would have been enjoyable in 30 seconds of flexing without the 3:03 of stupidity. ... Isn't it amazing, the number of people who think they are funny? When did annoying and obnoxious become synonymous with funny?
