@jaytheupsman Buffers tear up carpets if you don"t train your employees to properly use the buffer this MAY be true.

@jaytheupsman Buffers don't tear up carpet.

@grimel2 I have grimel. Also helped customers get their carpets replaced when manufacturers give them a hard time. Bottom Line: Buffers tear up carpet!

@jaytheupsman the odds of any carpet being under warranty by the time the home owner moves in is virtually nil. Read the weasel worded warranty some time.

Imagine to carry this beast into upstairs of clients house....
this is excellent for commercial , but ABSOLUTELLY unacceptable for residential...
i would not pay for such a cleanig in my home..

encapsulation gets great results. It seems steam cleaners use propoganda to discourage buffing method. Encapsulation detergents also work with steam cleaners.

@ssanoh1
You will let it dry before vacuuming up the encapsulated soil

@thejanitorialstore How long does it take to dry?

@alwaysinhistime Encapsulation is a low moisture system so it dries very quickly - in as little as 30 minutes.
