There has been a lot of talk recently, about how hot the MacBook Pro gets. I'm going to try and set the record straight.

Thanks for watching,

  • you look exactly the same as in the future

  • try cutting a piece of copper and putting termal paste and putting it on the gpu hp 9000 are the same way they over heat and breakdown due to the copper ant deal witht it.

  • you guys need to understand this aluminum is thermal conductive material, and plastic is thermal insulator. obviously, if a laptop is made of entire machined aluminum will feel warmer than laptops that are made from plastic. i'm not saying that macbook pro is bad, not saying others is better, it depend on what you perfer. for myself, i dont perfer to carry macbook pro around because it can get dents on the lid or base, it happened to me so..now i perfer to carry a cheapy laptop around.

  • @jacovand5 lol, my bro you r totally saying the oppsite. if u want to talk about both hp and apple, they both use cheap chinese workers. it doesnt mean their manufacture plant is sketchy, they just get paid less than we do here in north america. talked about their manufacture plant..we fund them. so their plant is good as here, except THEY GET PAID LESS THAN WE DO cuz exchange rate, u get it bro? think about this mac book pro is made of aluminum, hp is made of plastic, which cost more?

  • @jpcwa74 yea, mines the 2.53ghz core 2 duo and while hardcore gaming or things that top the cpu or gpu out for a while 99c does get hit pretty often, but ive never seen it crack 100

  • @MKuhlberg 99c? Holy crap!! That's hitting the max for the i5 and i7.

  • @karthik11512 That's way to hot.

  • it's a crappy machine ,just by watching youtube videos the fan is screaming.I was quite embaressed when i was using it in a library, hearing the loud noise everyone is looking at me.not to mention gaming it blacked out after playing for 10 or 15 mins ,it's horrible!I will never buy it again.

  • @HaloSpartanG13 Its not the vents its the shitty heat sink and badly applied thermal paste.

  • @AnotherAppleMacbook NOT according to people on the forums. They have not had their heat problems fixed.
