I think my brother has this...

Oh wow, she has a beautiful smile.

I'm sure it's no picnic, but of all the neurological disorders, Angelmans seems the most heartening. To have no fear, to the point of exhuberant giddiness, even in the face of obvious impairment and the world's cruelty... Dare we even call that a blessing?

yes they did get her tested..but like yasminneder all the tests came out negative.. apparently things have changed since then. I don't know much about all that.. but I know it doesn't matter what she has, it matters that we have her. that's about all I got to say about that ;)

didnt your parents bring your sister to the doctor before she was 19 so you could know what she had?

@LemonHead4815. It also took us about 16 years to found that there were so many people just like Pascal, and that there were this syndrome. I found the syndrome in internet. We did tests and they were negative. She still is totally Clinicaly Angelman. Match perfectly with the caracteristics.

yes and even now we still don't have it confirmed....
i dont know why they've taken so long.

@LemonHead4815 so it took 19 years to find out she had angelman's syndrome?

this is SO much like my sister Emily! She is 19 and up to this point we have never been able to put a name to what she has. We've been looking up different videos and symptoms of angelmans and all of them have fit her perfectly. It's so great to finally have a name to it,and a very beautiful name I think :)
God bless you and your beautiful angel
