My Life In Film (Episode 1: Top Gun - Part 3)

My Life In Film is a forgotten comedy from the BBC originally broadcast in 2004 and starred Kris Marshall (from My Family and the BT broadband adverts) as Art, an aspiring screenwriter. The show's episodes were all different film parodies, but it relyed on narratives to drive the whole series forward. The other characters are Jones, Art's best friend and flatmate (played by Andrew Scott) and Beth, Jones's girlfriend (played by Alice Lowe) who happens to hate Art as much as he hates her.

This episode features Top Gun as its parody and replaces fighter jets with cars as Art struggles to pass his driving test after enrolling in a driving school.
