@Terr0rdevl The point I'm making is that LoL stole the majority of its ideas from DotA, and invented the term MOBA in an attempt to mask the fact that it is a blatant ripoff. On the other hand, HoN is just DotA without the restrictions of the WC3 engine.

@Caesarr7 If a mmorpg isn't online, then its a mmrpg, if theres no mm, then its a rpg. Action RTS might 'sound' better, but its a pain to type out, looks long winded, and its abbreviation is ARTS....which is more retarded. CHECK OUT OUR BRAND NEW ARTS GAME!!!!!!.......yeah.

Definitely agree with LessPaper - nobody really likes the name "MOBA".
"Action RTS" has been picking up steam, and it seems to fit better as well as not sounding silly. I mean wtf is a "battle arena" anyway, and what if it's not online?

MOBA is the most retarded shit ever. Action RTS is too long, DotA/DotA-like is awkward for HoN/LoL, AoS is used by people who have no idea what Aeon of Strife actually was...there's no good name for the genre, but MOBA isn't the motherfucking name for the shit. Ugh, I mad.
