Anabella Hilal should have won Miss Lebanon 2006, unfortunately, the Miss Lebanon Organization always crowns the ugliest girl in the pageant. This year, the crown should have gone to the head of Carolina Nassar and not to Yara Khouri Mikael a.k.a. the gums.
