here is an update of my tank, i just got 2 more fish for my community, the white butterfly and the red melon

damn that yellow one is a beaut! I got an orange one but its getting those horrid black spots :(

mine used to get black spots too... but i found if i use less chemicals and less light, the black spots go away. I put tin foil around the light bulbs so it takes away %50. i think those black spots are like sun burn.

I also use a hma filter instead of tap water, so i dont use the safe chemical. make the water as fresh as possible.

great job are discus realy that weak and can die of at the smallest nitrite spike

Beautiful discus and great set up. Noticed that you also have a 'black ghost' in the same tank. Can you tell us how the discus get along witht the black ghost ?

That is the most beutiful white butterfly I have ever seen in my life fantastic and that yellow sunset 2 thumbs up great job
