@KrazyCorrean true, they should have made it at least last double as long and make the enemy's weapons jam, that would make it much more worth it

@HknOtnicE I completely agree with you and the EMP does do a lot of work. But thats assuming the enemy team is their OP kill streaks up. The EMP is pointless to take down low killstreaks, such as 8 kills or lower. Its only good when, as you said, chopper gunner, etc are up. Its nice that it prevents you from using kill streaks but ultimately i feel its a not that usefull. For instance if you can get 15 kills using 9, 11, 15 set up. Might as well maximize your kills and go 7, 9, 11.

@KrazyCorrean The only reason it doesnt seem as "useful" as tha other high kilstreaks is because its non lethal and the user doesnt really know what the victim is experiencing. For example: "YES I FINALLY GOT MY CHOPPER GUNNER! *CALLS IN* *EMP (LOL)* GOD DAMMIT! *GETS KILLED* *RAGEQUIT*"

EMP is worthless as a 15 killstreak, id would say its situational at best. But with the AC-130 and Chopper Gunner as very strong killstreaks its a waste, in my opinion, to use the EMP in a killstreak loadout.

If the EMP was a low killstreak, like 7 for instance, then EVERYBODY would be using the EMP and nobody would get to use their killstreaks. It wouldn't be any fun.
