P-league 34 DEF 2-2

こちらは34戦Fグループ後半戦です。例によって来週の予告部分はカットしてありますのでご了承下さい。下の英文はその事と中島早貴のコーナーの外人さん向けの説明です。
外人さんで気にされる方がいるので、英語の方には書きませんが長谷川選手、決勝進出おめでとう。優勝は多分厳しいと思うけど...。後は酒井選手に初優勝を祈ります。
それと酒井選手の通うエステですが続けていくと半端なく金がかかります。実は私も3年半ほど痩せる目的で通いました。実際15キロ以上落ちましたが、百万単位で金がかかり­ます。しかも止めたら半年で元に戻りました。

In the part of Saki Nakajima, Mika Sakai (Nickname: Super model one the lane) explained how to refresh. Her case is going to esthetic salon once a week. She is healed with flavor of citras which is her favorite one.
Also she explains she can recover from fatigue after games, and the services in esthetic salon (such as lymph vessels massages, getting wet) helps eject waste matters from her body, and give good effects to bowling.
Saki londs to be lady like her.

I also had been to esthetic salon for 3 years and half to reduce weight.
Actually I could reduce 15kgs for the period, but it costed huge! Can you imagine how much I paid for the period? almost USD50,000! If I were not single, It was sure that I would go bankrupt. I refused to continue further due to such high cost, but after 6 month, my weight had come back to before I started same.

There are much more cheap & inexpensive ways of reducing weight than spending money at salons. I eat a diverse diet already, but am trying to eat a more "global diet" and slim even more, thanks to my 2nd job (which is package handling, very physical).

P.S. I forget, does P-league air on BS TV or NHK? We have local sake bar here in Seattle who has NHK; I'm curious if I can watch it there, live.

Thnak you fo royur comment. Though I lost huge money, it was enjoyable to communicate with estheticians, they are all young ladies in 20's, but USD50,000 is still huge.

FYI my weight is getting reduced because I lost apetite due to mental shock by accident an accident resulting in injury. Max. was 95kgs, but now 83-84.

If you can see BS, you can watch p-league (Sunday 17:30-18:00 Japan time) at BS4.

As per reply to groinkcaps, I am pleased that Hasegawa has reached for final. it would be better if we could have her comment after wildcard on her was fixed. Just after Semi-final ABC, she denied possiblity of wildcard.

I hope we can have her comment on it in interview before final starts.

FYI, her nick name is marshmallow smile, but she thinks her characteeristic is rather boyish.
