@PivotAX Yes, Im sure they haven't installed a mechanical brake for this case. They put millions in such an invention and forget to eliminate such simple error sources. Sure.
and ... lets think ... is there anyone who could need such a thing ? No of course not, because all of us have got 2 healthy legs, and none of us needs a walking stick or wheelchair.

Humanity this, technology that. This is just 1 group of pple, trying to help another. Pple always looking down on each other. Saying how much better it would be if they were something else.
