The up-and-coming Joe Pug stopped by Laundromatinee.com's VIBES II location to perform our first outdoor session. In the 6 months since self releasing the "Nation of Heat" EP, Pug landed a major booking agency (Monterey International) and sold out his first two headlining shows in Chicago. Nic Harcourt recently played "Hymn #101" on Morning Becomes Eclectic after it was featured as KCRW's Top Tune. The song was also recently featured on NPR's Second stage with a glowing review. Pug is truly a rising star and we're thrilled to help in any way we can. Check out Hymn 101, Nation Of Heat and two new unreleased tracks he performed for us!

  • Even the url is staring with awe.

  • I'm not usually one to comment, but this makes me remember what's important in life. Puts a lump in my throat and a gleam in my eye.

  • @awanahtunowhiho he has a backing band and its not as good as him solo but its still pretty good

  • true heart.

  • Great music knows no boundaries.

    Peace from Romania.

  • @kintar90 I was there last night! Great show. And I agree, it is awesome to see these kind of artists in intimate settings, yet it still a shame that most of them never get the recognition they deserve. I saw Justin Townes Earle open for the Decemberists in Madison as well a couple weeks ago at the Overture Center in Madison, and while it was still a great show, it would have been awesome to see him perform at a smaller venue such as the High Noon.

  • Music doesn't have to be good to take off, or take off to be good. Case in point Kanye West and Joe Pug.

I like that I can go to an intimate concert to see my favorite artists. Rather than a giant concert hall packed with morons.

Joe Pug at High Noon Saloon in Madison. I will be there!

  • @woogiejones great! did you know also that Justin Townes Earle is going to be at the MN Zoo amphitheater in August? don't know if you like him, but i think he's great...anyway, i can 't wait to see Joe!

  • @princessofhesse just got mine today! i am ready!
